The Parent Council’s role is to work alongside the school to help make a good school be excellent!
The purpose of the Parent Council is fourfold:
- Supporting the school in its work with pupils
- Representing the views of parents
- Promoting contact between the school, parents, pupils, providers of nursery education and the community
- Reporting to the Parent Forum
The Parent Council is a very informal, friendly group and all Parents/Carers of children attending the school are most welcome to get involved.
To be involved you simply need to be a Parent or Carer of a child at the school with a passion to help improve their educational experience.
If you are interested in popping along (no commitment required) please check the PC diary on our homepage and turn up on the night of our scheduled meetings or contact the PC Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you wish to come along.
